Please Note: All approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided by our customer support team in the United States. Returns sent to any other address may not be accepted and may delay or prevent the processing of your refund.

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Grace & Glow is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Exchanges

Undeliverable or Refused Orders
